To register, please visit Registration Form below, and complete the payment of the participation fee by Tuesday, September 30. (Registration Form will open on Monday, August 4 at 10:00 AM.)
Your registration will be considered complete and confirmed only once your payment has been received. Please note that we cannot guarantee your seat if payment is not received by the deadline.

Kindly note that the participation fee is non-refundable for cancellations made on or after Wednesday, October 1. 

Please note that it is not possible to register for all three days of the event at once. We kindly ask that you complete a separate registration form for each day.
