ご参加希望の方は、以下のボタンより申込フォームにアクセスいただき、9月25日（金）までに申込、同日までに参加費を入金ください。

参加費の入金確認をもって、登録完了、受付成立といたします。期日までに入金がない場合はお席の確保ができませんのでご注意ください。 

9月25日（金）以降のキャンセルにつきましてはご返金できかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 

なお、本イベントは3日間をまとめてお申込みいただくことができません。お手数をおかけしますが、各日程ごとにそれぞれの申込フォームよりお手続きいただきますようお願いいたします。

To register, please visit Registration Form below, and complete the payment of the participation fee by friday, September 25. 
Your registration will be considered complete and confirmed only once your payment has been received. Please note that we cannot guarantee your seat if payment is not received by the deadline.

Kindly note that the participation fee is non-refundable for cancellations made on or after friday, September 25. 

Please note that it is not possible to register for all three days of the event at once. We kindly ask that you complete a separate registration form for each day.
