I am delighted to announce that this year's Grand Chapitre of Japan will be held in Sapporo organized by the Bailliage de Hokkaido from 7 to 9 October 2024. World-renowned for its fresh seafood, dairy products and produce, guests will be able to enjoy the fabulous cuisine and beauty of this pristine area. On Tuesday, October 8th, an induction ceremony will be held welcoming new members at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo. Mr. Ryoji Matsubara, Bailli Provincial of Hokkaido welcomes your attendance at this three day event which will allow you to experience the deliciousness and beauty of Hokkaido region.

We are pleased to announce that the 2024 Grand Chapitre will be held in Sapporo, Japan, over three days from 7 to 9 October. The Hokkaido Bailliage was founded on 23 October 2011 and is the newest Bailliage in Japan, celebrating 13 years this year. The last time we were in charge of Grand Chapitre was from 4 to 6 October 2018, so it will be the first time in six years that the event has been held in our region. We have prepared a fine dining at a renowned Japanese, Western and Chinese restaurant so that you can fully enjoy the autumn flavours of Hokkaido. The members of the Bailliage of Hokkaido look forward to welcoming many chaine members and guests from Japan and all over the world.
Accomodations
Special rates are available for stays at “KEIO PLAZA HOTEL SAPPORO” between Monday 7th October and Wednesday 9th October 2024 for Grand Chapitre attendees. For those interested, please complete the registration form and send via FAX by 20th September.
