Grand Chapitre 2023 will be hosted by the Kansai Bailliage.
Three days in Kobe, Osaka and Nara
We are planning a sumptuous Japanese, Western and Chinese gastronomic festival.

Welcome Dinner & OMGD Event
Tuesday, October 3rd
The Welcome Dinner will take place at "聚景園" (Shukei En), where you can indulge in Chinese cuisine while enjoying the breathtaking night view of Kobe.
Also a special OMGD event will take place before the welcome dinner. Come a little early and enjoy an aperitif experience. We will compare three different Champagne grapes from the unique perspective of OMGD.
(Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come)

Gala Dinner will feature authentic French cuisine incorporating abundant autumn ingredients from Osaka.

As the COVID-19 infections have finally started to subside, activities such as general meetings and Gala Dinner have resumed this year. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all members for kind cooperation and support.
I am delighted to announce that this year's Grand
Chapitre of Japan will be held in Kobe, Osaka and Nara organized by the Bailliage Kansai on October 3-5, 2023. On Wednesday, October 4th, an induction ceremony will be held welcoming new members at the RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL Osaka. Mr. Takeshi Kadokami, Bailli Provincial of Kansai, welcomes your attendance at this three day event which will allow you to experience the deliciousness and beauty of Kansai region.

I wish to express my gratitude to all members of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs of Japan, Bailliage Provincial of Kansai. We are sincerely grateful and honored to announce that we will be hosting the Grand Chapitre 2023 in Kansai this October, following a four-year hiatus. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have once again realized the immense joy and significance of coming together around a shared table. This extraordinary event will be held in Kobe, Osaka, and Nara, embracing the rich history and cultural heritage of Kansai's culinary traditions that have been nurtured for countless years. Our aim is to foster meaningful cultural exchanges through the exploration of gastronomy and to further enhance the global recognition and importance of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Association Bailliage du Japon. We would be grateful if you would join us.
Accomodations
Special rates are available for stays at "RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL Osaka" between Tuesday 3rd October and Thursday 5th October 2023 for Grand Chapitre attendees. For those interested, please complete the Booking registration form by 22nd September.
